Its Just A Buck

If some of you don’t know, Anheuser-Busch was approached by InBev a Belgian company to buy it for $65.00 a share yesterday.  A total deal valued at over 46 Billion dollars.  InBev’s hope is to make Budweiser its “Global Flagship Brand”  Pardon my language but fuck that!!  Budweiser is an American icon, right alongside Baseball and Apple Pie.  InBev has promised to change nothing and continue to Brew it in St.louis, but I assure you, if this actually happens I will no longer imbibe the delicious lager.  As much as it pains me to do so I would have no other choice.  Please let me know your opinions on this.

My PayPal account is starving, please help him!  He is so very hungry, he will eat any amount from anywhere.  My account is by no means a picky eater, he like francs, yen, pounds, euros, rupees, pesos, dinars, schillings, deutsche marks, guilders, shekels and anything else you can think of.  He is so much more fun when he is fat and happy!

I got a phone call yesterday from one of my buds who needed help uploading a file from his computer to you-tube.  I am no computer genius but I can do the routine stuff.  I got to his house and there in front of me was his MacBook.  I haven’t used anything Apple except for my Ipod since my Apple IIe  back in 89′ I have always had PC’s and hated the elitist snob attitude many of the Mac owners have.  I played with it for a while and it was unlike anything I was used to.  It was awesome! So user friendly and unintimidating.  I was able to fix my friends problem in just a few minutes and got his movie online.  So I have decided that the new purpose of www.its-just-a-buck.com is to raise enough loot to buy a new MacBook.  There is a “donate” link to the right, feel free to donate more than Just A Buck!

There sure are alot of them out there, from selling Herbalife to buying Real Estate with no money down.  Setting this website up was the way to go for me.  I thought I could get it online and just watch the dollars role in.  However that does not seem to be the case.  As of today not even a single dollar has been donated.   So now I have to become creative.  I need to draw visitors to this site and entice them to donate.  How am I going to acomplish this you ask?  Easy, with more content! (Thanks Greg)  So in the upcoming days I will be filling this site with rants and miscellaneous information in hopes to achieve the first three letters of this post’s title.

This website has been set up to see.  There is a link to the right that takes you to a Paypal account that will accept donations of any size.  There is no worthwhile cause, no dire need, no tax deduction or actual reason to donate, it has been created just to see if anyone will.
